Frequently asked questions

  • For individuals we offer monthly, half-yearly and annual billing.  Depending what option you choose, your subscription will be renewed at the end of each month or each half-year or each year.  Paying annually will save you 33% compared to paying monthly.  Paying half-yearly will save you 25%. Group and Agency annual memberships are payable after receipt of our invoice.

  • We do not offer refunds except in certain situations as noted in our Terms of Service, Sections 10 & 11.

  • Yes, you can cancel anytime by emailing us at subscriptions@emdrgateway.com. You can also change your subscription via the ‘My Account’ tab when logged in, but don’t forget to cancel your old plan once you’ve chosen a new plan.

  • You can upgrade to a paid plan at any point during your trial via the ‘My Account’ tab once logged in.

  • Prices quoted do not include VAT.  Whether we add VAT will depend on your billing country.

  • Although our secure library will work on the vast majority of devices, some clients have difficulty accessing the information on Mac computers (with Safari). If you experience any difficulties logging in, we recommend using either Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. Both browsers are available on PC and Mac and are free to download. If this doesn’t work, go to the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) on the main menu where there are simple steps set out to allow Apple devices to work with Gopaywall software.
